Robot service marketplace · preparing to launch
Helping your robot get back to work.
Describe the problem to our AI assistant and find out what you can check. For more complex issues, we are building a marketplace with remote robotics experts and field technicians.
Explore the guides and demo today. Sign up for the pilot: technician matching and order management are being prepared.
From a question to a service request

What a specialist needs to know
- Robot
- PUDU CC1 · floor cleaning
- Symptom
- Charging does not start
- Checked
- The dock has power; access is clear
- Unknown
- The cause has not been confirmed
Suggested next step
An expert reviews the symptoms and completed checks to decide whether remote help or an on-site visit is appropriate.
The conversation stays with the request, so the specialist has the context.
How it will work
From the first question to the result
Our planned workflow. The knowledge base and guided demo are available; specialist matching is part of the upcoming pilot.
- 1
Describe the problem
Tell the assistant the model, symptoms and what you have already checked.
- 2
Work through the guidance
Explore relevant checks. When the cause is unclear, prepare the case for an expert.
- 3
Agree on specialist help
Match by model, experience and location. Agree on the work, price and time before it starts.
- 4
Confirm the result
The specialist records the work. You check the agreed outcome and confirm completion or raise a concern.

Try a sample case
Choose a robot type and a symptom. Follow a short scenario to see the suggested checks and the information an expert would receive.
- 1
Guided checks
AI helps you work through relevant guidance.
- 2
Remote expert
An expert reviews the case and recommends the next step.
- 3
On-site specialist
A suitable technician assesses the robot in person.

Order support · planned for the pilot
A clear agreement. A documented result.
We are designing the marketplace to keep the customer and specialist aligned throughout the work.
- 1
Agree on the scope
Record the task, cost, timing and the check that will demonstrate completion.
- 2
Keep the context
Make the symptoms, conversation and completed checks available to the assigned specialist.
- 3
Record the work
The specialist describes the findings and work performed. Extra work needs a new agreement.
- 4
Confirm or ask for a review
The customer checks the result. Unresolved questions go to the Robulance team.
Pilot plan: customers pay technicians directly. A platform commission is planned later, with terms agreed in advance. Payments through Robulance and managed payouts are a subsequent stage.
Safe by design
Guidance that knows its limits
A wrong tip can break a robot or hurt someone. So the assistant follows a few rules that never bend, and some jobs always go to a technician.
- The assistant never asks you to open the battery compartment or the robot's body.
- Hot or swollen battery, smoke or a burning smell: power off, step away, a technician is called.
- Power the robot off before touching brushes, wheels or the underside.
- If a step is not in your robot's manual, the assistant hands the case to an expert instead of guessing.

What is Robulance?
We are building a service robot support marketplace with an AI assistant and knowledge base. The planned service connects owners with remote experts and field technicians and tracks the work through confirmation of the result.
What can I use now?
Explore the public knowledge base and guided demo, and use the AI chat when available. We are collecting pilot applications. Technician matching, bookings and platform payments have not launched.
Which robots and locations will you support?
We are starting with commercial cleaning, serving, indoor delivery and reception robots. A catalog listing does not guarantee repair coverage. Pilot availability will depend on the model, region and qualified specialists.
Who performs the work?
Independent experts, technicians and service centres. Before access to pilot requests, we plan to check their relevant experience and model-specific capabilities. AI guidance does not replace technician qualifications.
How will pricing and payment work?
The specialist and customer will agree on the scope and price before work begins. The pilot is planned with direct payment to the technician. Platform commission terms will be agreed before they apply; payments through Robulance are a later stage.
What if the problem is not resolved?
The planned order process includes a record of the work and customer confirmation. If the agreed outcome is disputed, the Robulance team will review the case. The pilot terms will define this process before orders open.
Can I join without experience with robots?
You can register your existing skills. Eligibility for specific requests will depend on verified experience, required training and access to the relevant documentation, tools and parts.
What about manufacturer support and warranty?
Keep your manufacturer support and warranty arrangements. We are independent. Before any repair, the specialist must check applicable service requirements and permissions.
