What the work looks like
The planned request includes the model, reported symptoms and completed checks. You assess the task and agree on the scope, price and timing with the customer.

Questions from technicians
Who can join?
Independent technicians, remote robotics experts and service centres can apply. Access to particular jobs depends on relevant skills and model-specific service requirements.
How will I get paid?
The pilot is planned with direct customer-to-technician payment. Commission terms will be agreed in advance before they apply. Platform payments are a later stage.
Are requests available now?
We are collecting applications and preparing the pilot. We do not currently promise orders, income or coverage in a particular city.
Can I choose my work?
The planned marketplace lets you review suitable requests and agree on scope, price and timing before accepting.
What tools and access do I need?
Requirements depend on the model and task. We will check documentation, diagnostic access, qualifications and parts availability where needed; these are not automatically supplied with a request.
