What we collect
Through the sign-up form: who you are (a business with robots, a technician or an investor), your name, city, a contact (email, phone number or messenger handle) and, if you add it, your company or what you repair. Nothing else: no documents, no location tracking, no payment details. The diagnosis demo on the site runs in your browser and sends nothing to us.
Why and on what basis
To contact you about the pilot, the technician network or investment, as you chose in the form. Your city helps us decide where to launch first. We process this data based on your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data, share it with third parties for their own purposes or use it for advertising. It is stored on the project's server. To answer quickly, a copy of a new request (name, company, city, contact) is sent to our team's private Telegram chat. AI chat messages are processed by Anthropic, see below.
How long we keep it
As long as it is needed to follow up on your request, or until you withdraw your consent, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data and withdraw your consent at any time. Just reply to our message or contact us through the channel we used to reach you, and we will delete your request.
Analytics
We may use privacy-friendly web analytics to count visits and form submissions. It does not identify you personally.
Language
Your language choice is remembered in a cookie so the site opens in the same language next time. It contains nothing else.
AI assistant chat
Messages you send to the AI assistant are processed by Anthropic (the provider of the Claude model) to generate answers, and are stored on our server with the conversation to improve our knowledge base and, if you leave a contact, so our team can follow up. Please do not share personal or sensitive data in the chat. You can ask us to delete a conversation at any time.
