Terms of use

Last updated: 2026-10-10

About these terms

These terms apply to the Robulance website, its knowledge base, the diagnosis demo and the AI assistant. By using the site you agree to them.

A service before launch

Robulance is preparing its launch. Expert and technician services, prices and availability will be announced separately. Signing up does not create a contract for paid services.

General guidance only

Guides, the demo and the AI assistant give general information about service robots of any brand. They do not replace the manufacturer's manual, warranty terms or a qualified technician. Always follow your robot's manual first and stop if a step is not in it.

Safety

Never open the battery compartment or the robot body, bypass sensors or disable safety features. If the battery is hot or swollen, or there is smoke or a burning smell, power the robot off, keep people away and call a technician.

AI assistant

Answers are generated automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. Do not rely on them for safety-critical decisions. The free question limit and fair-use limits may change. Do not share personal or sensitive data in the chat.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Robulance is not liable for damage to robots, property or people resulting from following general guidance from the site or the assistant.

Trademarks and independence

Robot brand and model names belong to their owners and are used only to identify products. Robulance is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or an authorized service partner of any manufacturer.
