Pudu PuduBot 2: troubleshooting and manual
Pudu PuduBot 2 is a Pudu robot of the “Restaurant serving robots” type. Its most common problems: Stops and says the path is blocked; Trays tilt or drinks spill; Goes to the wrong table. Below, for each one: what staff can safely check first and when to call a technician.

What this means for troubleshooting
- LiDAR navigation: dust on the LiDAR window and glass or mirrors cause phantom obstacles. Stops and says the path is blocked
- Returns to its dock by itself: if it does not, check the dock and the contacts. Battery runs out before the shift ends
