Features
What this means for troubleshooting
- LiDAR navigation: dust on the LiDAR window and glass or mirrors cause phantom obstacles. Stops and reports an obstacle in open space
- Depth cameras: dirty lenses and strong sunlight cause false stops.
- Rides elevators: if it waits in the lobby, check the elevator and its connection first.
- Returns to its dock by itself: if it does not, check the dock and the contacts. Won't return to the dock or doesn't charge
- Swappable battery: a charged spare keeps it running through long shifts.
- Works with a water station: check the station when tanks are not filled or drained.
- Scrubber: streaks usually mean a worn squeegee or a full recovery tank. Leaves streaks or water on the floor
